Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final. We recommend using our preview feature to review all information before purchasing your paystubs. If you happen to make a mistake or need a correction, reach out to our customer support team, and we will do our best to help you.

Refunds may be approved on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed. Authorized refunds will be returned to your original payment method and typically processed in three to five business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping & Returns does not sell or ship any physical products, and all items are downloaded after purchase or sent via email.
